When the respresentative of this company called, I had been looking for an online opportunity to make some additional cash and with the guarnatee that if I did not make back at least the money I invested within a year I would get a refund up to the amount I invested, I thought no harm, no foul, here is my chance to try an online buisness. The representative told me that the company provided coaches and the support to help the business succeed. I had specifically asked this representative about any other costs because I only had limited funds and he assured me that no other funds would be necessary.
When the coach assigned to me called and immediately tried to sell me an advertising packet, I explained that I had no other money to invest and that the representative had told me there would be no other expenses. I then asked the coach on some advice on some of the settings of the website and she informed me that wasn't her department. Once she realized that I was not going to purchase anymore advertising, I never heard from her again.
When June rolled around and I still had no sales, a representative of the company, Dan Marsh called to see if he could assist with getting this website moving. Once again the pitch for buying advertising started. I explained to him that I was so disgruntled with the company as they did not appear to follow through on any of their promises as stated when they take my money I thought putting more money into the business would be chasing more good money into a bad venture.
He then told me if I would pay for the advertising he would extend the refund guarnatee until June of 07 and include the adverstising costs in the amont of the refund that I would receive back if I did not achieve the sales. I agreed paid the money and got written confirmation from him on company letterhead and also through email communication to this effect.
I am now trying to get a full refund as to this day I have had no sales. The company is offering to double my advertising and other stuff, but I have no faith in this company. I feel they owe my my money back as guarnteed and they are refusing saying that Dan Marsh is no longer with the company and he had no authority to make this kinds of agreement and I am past my one year. They do acknowledge the agreement was made, so I would have to questions whether any representative of this company has the authority to make any kinds of agreement or maybe this is the company's out.
