La Primitiva Europea, Loterias Company Tried to rip me off Internet

I was informed by Loterias Company, Guarantee Trust Agency, Mario Cabre, Sin Numero, Madrid Branch about winning Euro 787,248.26 at Euromilliones Espanol.

Of course it was incredible but I wanted to see how far it will go and I sent them my data and got Certificate of Award, Payment scheme form and request to pay for Municipal task fee EUR 956:00 which I will refuse to pay after I finish this report.
