On July 21 there was a charge made by Surplusalert.com to my credit card in the amount of $4.55. A subsequent and continuing charge of $29.95 has been made each month since September 9 to the present last charge on Feb. 8.
I have contacted my credit card company and was told there is little they can do and that I have to stop the charges with the company (SurplusWebStore.com).
On Feb 5 I spent more than two hours in fruitless efforts to contact the company.
On Feb 12, by using a phone number supplied by this Report I contacted the company and was shifted around to eight different people, none of which could help me, There were several phone cut-offs during the 75 Minutes I attempted to contact someone to help. This company has not been responsive to my questions and this dispute remains unresolved.
I seek relief and repayment of the entire amout charged as I have not, to the best of my knowledge and recollection, ordered anything from this company. The charges made were not with my consent.
