Glamourbelly
GlamourBelly ripoff, charged but never received item, will not respond to my order inquiries via e-mail

I ordered a full 'belly cast kit' from GlamourBelly.com in the beginning of December. I was immediately charged more than I agreed to, never received a confirmation of order from the company, and certainly never received the product.

I e-mailed them 3 times in order to find out what happened. I have never had a response from them even though I explained that if so I would immediately contact the Better Business Bureau. However, GlamourBelly is not listed with the BBB.

I searched my bank statement and finally found a phone number associated with the company, which they do not offer online. But having tried calling them over seven times I have only gotten a busy signal.
What else can be done?
