Ripoff unauthorized cell phone charges

I started receiving unauthorized cell phone charges for some sort of text messaging subscription. Sprint will not get rid of the charges and I tried to call the company and got nowhere. I did not purchase anything from this company and did not subscribe to anything. I want the charges removed!!
