I was told my site would be running in 7 days it was not. His advertisements states a turnkey site would be ready in 7-10 days. He told me he would do it in 5 days after my 1750.00 deposite. 10-06 I made my deposite 10-22 all I seen was the tour pages.
I saw bad blogs on this company so I became very scared so I email jay with my concerns. He called me (as he usually does when it is something bad) I told him about the blogs he gave this big pep talk and assured me these were all lies the bloggers failed their own business. I told him I was reconsidering hiring his company he told me to give him a chance if I wasnt happy I could get my money back.
On 10-14-06 I accepted my tour pages made final payment. Find out now I need more money for this turn key site. My links are not their accept for one but cant explain that just yetI come back to update. I have ask him for my money back just to find out his ads are useless they mean nothing nor does his words. I have filed for my money back but becasuse of his sneaky contract I am doubtful I will get it. I am in the middle of filing everything I can against this company legally so this might not happen to someone else.
I do have some legal evidence I am filing with the authorties and they are interested but can't comment at this time. It has cost me so far 4500.00 for this turnkey site and many hard working hours and nothing to show for it.
The blogs I am now reading is word for word what is happening to me Its like I wrote them my self. I will be going as far as I can to get my justice somebody in the justice system has to care. I have confronted him on every issue just to get hung up on and screamed at. Hopefully justice will prevail this time. When the investigation side of this is over I will proudly give anyone considering this company any info I have.
