About 10 months ago I signed up to lease a computer from PCDIRECTBIZ.com. They withdrew the downpayment from my checking account IMMEDIATELY after I enrolled with them online. I waited and waited for the computer. Two months into this FRAUD I called to find out what was going on. They told me they had such a huge demand for the unit I ordered that they were behind schedule... I waited another two months... Called again... Same old story... I waited another two months. Called again... This time they said they were having difficulty verifying some of my information... THEY DIDN'T HAVE DIFFICULTY TAKING MY MONEY!!! I was patient because I REALLY wanted the computer... Another two months go by and I call again and I get another STUPID story... Well, just yesterday 10 months later, they call me to tell me THEY CANNOT GET THE UNIT I ORDERED and they offer me some cheaper and less acceptable model... And they give me two days to decide. I waited about three hours and called them back and THIS TIME... The story changed again..instead of telling me they can't get the computer I originally ordered, they tell me it isn't offered by them anymore... But... What they didn't know is that I was on their website DURING THE PHONE CALL and STILL SAW THE AD ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR THE DANG COMPUTER. So if they can't get it WHY ARE THEY LISTING IT AS AN OPTION ON THEIR WEBSITE? I'll tell you... Because this whole thing is nothing but ONE BIG SCAM... Well, I asked for my deposit back and they told me I would have to wait 30 days... So now, it will be 10 months without a computer and another 30 days (another month) to get MY MONEY REFUNDED... When I told them I wanted their PHYSICAL ADDRESS so I could DRIVE TO GEORGIA to get my money the lady told me she couldn't give it out... I asked her..."Well, suppose I had one of your computers and I had to send it back. Where would I send it?" and SHE DIDN'T KNOW. So I said, "So, you don't know WHERE YOU WORK?" and she said "NO"..."She doesn't know where she works"... Are you laughing yet. Because this is true. I am not lying. THE DUMB IDIOT actually said this... She told me they only have a P.O. Box and I then had to laugh and say "So, you work in a P.O. Box?"... Anyway... I this is just one big ripoff scam where they get your down payment and never send you the item and they keep your money and hope you never do anything about it. Now look, the down payment was only $100 but I NEED THAT $100 to put toward a computer that a LEGITAMATE company will sell me. So PC DIRECT BIZ now has my $100 and maybe 10,000 other peoples $100... Wow. Do the math. What a highjack this is. What a ripoff... And they prey on folks who have difficulty getting credit. Like me because I'm on a fixed income and have a bit of credit issues... I tell you do not do business with these folks. You will be sorry!!!
