What I got was information that was 30 years old.
I got more current information by going directly
to government sites, local and state. This
was about a real property. All I wanted to know
was the most recent sale price, and instead they
told me how much the house sold for in 1971.
No help to me!
I called customer service to complain and the operator was VERY rude. She told me they can't guarantee that the infomation would be current. What I paid for was the actual search.
