I am a frequent online buyer and haven't had any issues in the past. I purchased a Legend of Mana video game from Bullseye Video Game Collectibles which was advertised as follows:

The product ended up being a CD instead of the actual video game. I contacted them immediately asking for a refund. At first they obliged stating that if I had paid by paypal it wouldn't be a problem. I waited for a week and when I saw that nothing had been done I filed a claim. I believe they were trying to wait me out and were hoping I'd miss the 45 day deadline for refunds. They then refused the claim and now paypal and ebay are involved trying to resolve the dispute.
There isn't a way that I would pay $30.00 for a CD. I explained my position over and over again and yet they are being completely unreasonable. I can't believe how deceptive this seller is. They have three negatives on their first page of feedback, and it isn't a wonder.
So, if you see Bullseyes Video Game Collectibles, keep your money and run.
