After purchasing the product, and upgrading spending over $500, I was refused a full refund as advertised. The sellsmen use high pressure approach. When I went to upgrade The sales told me it would be $1000.00. I told him it was to much he finally told me $500. Then I called back to confirm what they charged my checking account I was told $595. These people are very tricky and will try to milk you. DON'T FALL FOR IT!!! They lie!!! Whe you try to talk to someone for a refund they pass the buck all over the office and it is difficult to get any kind of honest answer.
