Received bill from Premier Premium Communications for $30.00 for entertainment fee for access to pay-per-view websites. Charged on 11/21/04 at 3:55PM. Billed for 6 minutes to the United Kingdom. Called 1-800 number several times before finally speaking to someone. Was told these charges are for viewing adult Live Webcam's in the United Kingdom. Was told that someone in my house had to install the software to access this. Explained that my son had a basketball game on this date and time and that no one was on my computer. Received email from Premier Premium on how to uninstall their software. Was told to delete H*ny Sl*s from my Program Files.
Emailed them back explaining that I do not have such files on my systems. I requested another suggestion on how I might uninstall their software since nothing comes up anywhere in my computer pertaining to this. They did not respond back. I received a bill from Verizon for $12.30 for Toll Charges pertaining to this. Called Verizon and was told I must contact Telliss regarding this matter. I called and was told I could receive a ONE TIME credit. I also have a charge for. 36 from USBI regarding the same matter. After speaking to Verizon I was told that a block would be put on my line so that this number could not be dialed up again. I was asked if I was interested in Verizon DSL service. I told them NO. The next day I receive a call stating my VERIZON DSL will be activated on Monday. I explained that I did not request DSL, only wanted to straighten out this charge on my account. Was told NO PROBEM we will cancel your subscription. (Which I NEVER requested.) The next day I received my VERIZON DSL starter kit and Modem via UPS. I am currently waiting on a packing slip so I can go to UPS and return it so my account will be credited. What a mess!!!
