I received a bill form premier premium communications for $60. This was addressed to me but had an address on it from when I lived at home with my parents (2 yrs ago.) An address that has NO LONG DISTANCE. Yet my computer (dial up) could make a call to the United Kingdom. Amazing! I called the 800 number and the phone rang and rang. No answer. So I e-mailed them.
They contacted me, insisted that I owed this bill (that I never made.) Then threatened to add an additonal $5 a day for every day I was late paying the bill, that I never created. So, I then tried to re-email them and surprize! They would not accept another e-mail from me. My aunt then went on the internet and found this site.
They had me so affraid that they would ruin my credit that I almost paid the bill! Thank goodness my aunt talked me out of it and found this site! I hope that if there is anyone else out there with a similar problem they see this site.
