Dear Mr. Kleinman and Ms. Falotico,

I am writing this letter to make a formal complaint about Penina Mezei, director of community relations.

During my professional work at Beth Israel Medical Center in NYC as the Senior Social Worker, I have encountered and noticed the extreme unprofessionalism and unethical behaviors of Penina Mezei. She has made very inappropriate solicitation of home care referrals many times by yelling, by making inappropriate demands.
