I'd a scheduled appointment today at4:15pm. I came early and waited for my visit. ONE-HOUR LATER, I had been till waiting! I eventually requested the assistant exactly what the holdup was and he or she told me that there have been nevertheless THREE PEOPLE IN FRONT OF ME. WTF? She proceeded to inform me that it'd be another 30-45 minutes. WHAT'S THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT FOR 4:15PM EASILY CAN NOT BE SEEN UNTIL 6:00PM? Another choice she offered me: "should you choosenot wish to delay, you can easily guide another visit..."
I would recommend that you don't waste your time with this location. Find more professional staff that's respect for their individuals.
