Ripoff, fraudulent billing

I requested a sample of avlimil on their web site. They billed my credit card on 4/5/03 for the $4.95 shipping fee and on the same day they billed me for $65.50 for my automatic enrollment. Nowhere on their web site was there any indication that I would automatically be enrolled. I have gotten my credit card company involved and I hope that this is the end of it.
