After ordering free sample & paying s&h cost with my credit card. After about two weeks my checking account was debited $79.99 witch was not authorized

This product was offered as a free sample. The only cost were s&h witch was debited from my account on 2/28. On 3/4 i saw a debit charge of $79.99 Witch was not authorizedI am in the process of notifying my bank & va. Attorney generals office to file a coplaint
