I ordered the Lean Spa free trial weight loss program on 01/25. Upon receipt of the free trial I did not receive the pedometer or the cleansing tablets.
I tried to reach Lean Spa by phone and got the recording, "due to extremely high call volume try back later". I have tried reaching them at various times of the day (Ex: middle of the afternoon, 5:45 PM and lastly 8:30AM). I receive the same response.
I then tried reaching them through customer service through the website. Of course that is an impossibility also.
Upon getting home from work last night, I find that another shipment had been sent to my house. I then checked my bank account this morning to find that they have charged my account $ 79.99. I will now be filing a complaint with my bank and demanding the reimbursement back to my account.
This is obviously a SCAM and I hope that at some point the Better Business Bureau gets involved. I know I will be contacting them today and possibly the media.
