We ordered a medical devise from ReBuilder Technologies, Inc. After approximately three months, we returned it because it didn't work. The written contract, which we have, stated a refund would be sent if the divise was retured within six months of the purchase date. The company never returned our money of $599.99. The company is still doing business and all calls have resulted in the same answer to our complaint - because of the economy, they can't tell us when we might receive a refund. It has been over a year now. The contract stated 30 days as the maximum wait time. Their contract has since been changed to a smaller time frame for returning products.
