Ripoff they keep on sending payments an action to collect letters even though I paid the money along time ago, and also there is no way to stop them

The company keeps on sending action to collect letters in the mail allthough I sent the money along time ago. There is no way to stop them from sending these payments and to contact with them. They do not provide a number where you can reach them.
