I began my vela and face hair treatment treatment on 2/17/10. They described that I wouldn’t observe benefits about the vela therapy or even the hair treatment before 6 or 7 remedies because of this; I bought a $2,200 skin-tightening therapy at National Laser Centre in Norwalk, CT. I buy a bundle of 6 for that face hair treatment I settled 858.00 I just had two face treatments and 4 Velas that we haven't observed outcomes on these remedies. Today after only 4 of therapy they shut work in Norwalk CT and therefore are declining to provide me a complete refund. I then found out the workplace was final after I went for a scheduled appointment and also the team explained it had been their last two times. They're requesting me to visit work in White Plains NY or even the one in West Harford CT which it's difficult for me personally to generate to date and outofstate. They agreed to provide me a partial reimbursement but I haven’t observed any outcomes of course if I do want to have this therapy elsewhere I'll need to pay top dollar.
They do not worry about the customers... Rip-off...
