In order to 'break you down', this company forces you to remain seated in one position for extended periods of time. You are not tied down physically, but you are made an example in a mentally cruel way of not following directions if you deviate from their expectations in any way. If you voice a contradictory opinion to their repremand, you will be asked to leave the group, forfeiting your 'prox $700.00 tuition. Nobody dares move.
By staying seated for so long, at one point 5 1/2 hours, it can have an effect on the circulation to your legs, which it did. I have always been a reasonably active person, but after this, I was diagnosed with a large blood clot in my left leg. My wife had (has) severe swelling and aching in her legs and feet. Neither of us ever even used our medical insurance before this 'training'. Now our premiums have doubled, our activities are restricted and we are both on continual medicine. I have the severe risk of part of the clot moving to my heart or lungs.
