Keeps sending product, deducting money from my bank accout, impossible to cancel, rip off is too nice a term to use!

I regretfully took advantage of their 'free' trial of Acai Maxx and Total Cleanse in which I was only required to pay S&H fees of $5.99 and $7.99. At the total package only weighed 4 ounces, that was a bit high.

Neither supplement was beneficial to me in any way, although their web site touts many amazing claims for it, from fighting cancer to weight loss. I have heard from other sources that acai has numerous benefits so I am now wondering if this isn't an inferior grade. I notice on the bottle that the capsules also contain cellulose, magnesium stearate, and slicon dioxide.

I received a second shipment that contained 2 bottles of Acai Maxx. If this was part of the 'free sample' agreement I did not see it on their web site when I ordered the free sample. However, today when I went to the site again, I noticed that if you scroll all the way to the bottom of their ad, in much smaller print than what is used in the ad, there is a tab to click on called "Terms and conditions." This takes you to another page where they do state that you will be getting the product every month and your credit card will be billed $79.96 plus $5.95 S&H for this order and for each subsequent month until you canceled.

I tried to cancel using the email address they gave;
[email protected]. This is an invalid email address. They make it impossible to cancel. If you do somehow manage to find a way to cancel, they still charge you will all S&H fees plus a 25% restocking fee. With no other option available, I am going to write to the address on the package and attempt to get this canceled.

Another odd thing is no invoice came with the shipment as one would expect. There is only a hot pink flyer spelling out the facts in clear language that one can expect to get billed each month for this product because by sending for the 'free sample' you are automatically put on the 'renewal program.' There are no telephone or fax numbers given whatsoever.

To my astonishment, there is a threat in the flyer too regarding chargebacks/reversal of a credit/debit card. They threaten people who do this with internet theft and mail fraud. They threaten proscecution! They threaten to report you to the 'proper authorities' if you claim fraud.

My biggest complaint is that they made it too hard, if not impossible to cancel. From the language they use in the flyer they enclose with each order they must have received numerous complaints. This flyer and these warnings were not encluded with the 'free sample' however, as it should have been so people could start attempting to cancel before another order was sent out.
