I ordered a trial period back in october, i emailed the company during my trial period not once but twice to cxl my account, here it is late november they charge my acct 38 bucks for sumthing i never recieved, after waiting 66 min i finally get a rep. He was very rude and tryed to tell me the prod was delivered and kept trying to give me a tracking number. He would not let me speak insisting that i needed a rma number, how am i going to return somthing that has been missing for 2 months???!!! I finaly get a chance to speak i tryed to tell him that if my acct would have been cxld during my trial period as i requested, i would have not been charged. The rep hung up on me..
