Let the Consumer Beware!

Physical Therapy patients in middle Tennessee Beware!!!

Last August, my wife paid two visits to this company for physical therapy on a thumb she had surgery on. She was overcharged by 33% by their staff.insurance EOB's for both visits (they are a participating provider) shows the correct amount that should have been paid.

I tried to call their billing department to speak to someone but I was told that person was in training. Huh? Their billing people aren't trained? Well, it WAS obvious.

I tried to send an email for an explanation. Of course there was no reply.

I sent a written letter via regular mail, still no reply.

My wife's subsequent visits were to a different physical therapy company. A professional one who can respond to customers. I myself had a referral to this company for work on an elbow during this period but I promptly went to the other company after seeing how "Results" Physiotherapy operates.

Steer clear of Tennessee's "Results Physiotherapy" unless you don't mind them taking money out of your pocket!
