Took my money and did not send medication ordered Florida I Think florida

I ordered meds through Natural diets pills biz and received a confirmation email from Juan Gallinal at [email protected]. He even got my doctor to fax a script. He took money from my debit card and never sent the meds. I had to cancel my debit card so no further charges could be made. Isn't there any way to get these scam artists legally?
