I ordered medication from Frontier in April. The prescription was finally approved in June and my credit card was charged thusly. I have yet to receive my medication, have a phone message returned, and/or have an email returned. I have talked to someone in customer service three times. The first time I was told by a gentleman that he would have his supervisor pull my order and have it filled as soon as possible. The second call was much the same. The third time I spoke with customer service I was told that there was nothing that could be done on the customer service end, and that I should keep trying to reach the pharmacy. So basically there is nothing I can do. I sure can't get a live person on the phone and emailed threats to file reports clearly do not worry Frontier much. I have been defrauded out of money. I hope they deny it too because I have everything documented.
