I ordered the 30 Free trial on 5/23 with the understanding it would be $5.95 S&H. I ordered two because my husband also was quitting smoking. I received the product. After trying it and realizing it did not work for me or my husband I phoned the 800 number and told them I would like to cancel any further shipments. I told them it did not work and I did not want to buy anymore. They assured me that I had called enough before the 30 day period to cancel. Well to my surprise on 6/22 my credit card was charged119.80 for cigarrest. When I called and inquired as to why I was being charged they explained that they had shipped me a 90 day supply and that was what I was being charged for. I told them I only authorized a 30 day supply and 5.95 per unit to be charged to my card. They told me I would have to return the product at my expense in order to get a refund. After reading some of the letters on Complainrts.com even after returning the stuff have fun trying to get your money back. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the Fair trad comm. And have notified Channel9 in Orlando FL about the scam these people are pulling. Hopefully something can be done about this company taking advantage of people who are trying to quit smoking.
