I ordered the "Free" sample of ThinTabs. It arrived, and two days later my bank accout was charged $149.00. I called TinTabs (which is very hard to do) and the person who answered the phone, cancelled my future orders and told me to send back the ones I had received. I asked how they would like them sent back and was told as long as they were not opened, just to mail them back - which I did. I never received a credit for the $149.00 and everytime I call or e-mail ThinTabs I am told that they need proof of my shipping them back, and that one would have told me to just mail them back in the un-opened package. I went online and have opened no less then 8 problem tickects with them with no resolution.
