Advertised trial offer on product seen on ophra whinfrey show to help weight loss. $6.95 for shipping and handling, did not show any other cost. Did not specify any future shipment or cost. Later after my credit card was billed for $99.95 I received more product. Was told had 14days after original shipment to cancel. How could I cancel when I did not expect any product?
I am now filing a dispute claim form with my credit card co but am not to optomistic
