This tanning salon advertises that they use GENUINE Mystic Tanning solution in the spray on booth. The employees use the term Mystic Tan with all the sales and transactions. They provide a consumer book on the health details of the Mystic Tanning spray on solution that allay any health concerns on inhaling the product and expose you to some other chemical instead.
Mystic Tanning solution is a quality higher priced product and I believed based on all the signs and employees calling it Mystic tan that I was purchasing that genuine service.
After the fourth time I questioned the product since I had used it for years and now it just did not work as well and burned my nasal passages and eyes. THEY admitted to using a knock off version and stated that it was only because they had to use it up since they had it.
I went again and the girl assured me that it was now Genuine Mystic solution. I used the service and again it felt sticky like syrup or sugar water and burned my nose. Since the door to the back of the unit was ajar I looked and saw the container and it was the knock off product again.
The owner has no remorse that she is advertising and charging for one thing and delivering a knockoff instead. TO me that is like sewing a Levi's tag in cheap jeans and telling you that you are buying Levi's. Shame, Shame on you that you are committing fraud and being deceitful to your customers!
