This is a complete and total ripoff I never ordered anything from this company trugenix or ecurves, yet they continued to take money from me.
I contacted them and the representative was very rude and refused to help me only to hang up on me seconds later. I called them back only to be told there would be no refund of the charges (and i didnt even make them!) and i would just have to 'deal with it'.
I am a VICTIM of this horrible company and it has scammed hundreds of dollars from me and others. The second representative also told me she was a 'supervisor' as did the other 2 i spoke with. They are lying cheating frauds and i never ordered their crap products.
They refuse to help me so i am now dealing with my bank trying to get the charges reversed.
I hope it all works out and i will keep everyone posted.
Just beware of this ripoff company called TRU GENIX HOODIA OR ECURVES.com also at you can reach this terrible rip off company.
