I ordered $122.34 worth of products from the Paragon Sports website and they were never delivered. I called their customer service and they said that the delivery had been left on my porch by UPS and they would file a claim but otherwise "had fulfilled their responsibility" by shipping the products... So TOUGH LUCK for me if UPS can't find the products. They are unresponsive and clearly don't care AT ALL about keeping customers.
