Placed an order on 5/4,10 days later still on hold no one know what's going on. I contacted 4 times and they even have nerve to tell me I can cancel if I want, what was the point I waited all this time!?? I have been their customer since spending a lot of $ they are not improving anything! Even got worse. Quality control of merchandise are poor too. I do recommend buying from saks or other place if you still like tory burch, they are super fast shipping.
