We bought a bed from Thomasville nearly 10 years ago. We also bought a sofa bed in the same period. We've 6 additional Thomasville items (What's the meaning of madness? Performing the same again and again again and anticipating different outcomes)

The bed created sags inside a year or two. We named and reported. They sent a "technician" whose "repair" was to place two patches underneath the bed. Therefore the resulting picture once the bed was created had two large humps within the mattress. Simply terrible. The patches increased my acid reflux disease and that I are in possession of quality 3 esophagitis.

The bed is a whole lot worse today. It will be included in the 10-year low-prorated warranty. Sadly, I can't look for a ten-year old bill. (used to do look for a card the salesman wrote us at that time wanting us nicely within our new home (where the bed and furniture were delivered.) Thomasville must have had the opportunity to appear up evidence of purchase through the shop (now-closed) or even the support phone. They claim they CAn't.

They wrote:

Remain far out of this organization. Despite the fact that we've more than 7 bits of their furniture, they confirmed simply no customer loyalty.incredible! Particularly because their "fix work" was such a laugh.
