I thought I had been obtaining the offer of the millennium after I purchased this headboard from Fingertips. This shop is continually about the tv offering about excellent customer support which is really a total and complete rest. The gist of the tale is the fact that I purchased a headboard and was informed that it had been "just lacking the thighs". The salesman direct me to think that I really could obtain the thighs individually which it'd be not a problem. Well, obviously I purchased the headboard, and today the salesman informs me he can't-get the thighs towards the headboard. Therefore today I've a headboard leaning against my wall that I can not do nothing with. Actually I previously purchased the footboard and rails for this mattress that I can not use, after I attempt to contact NO SOLUTION, THEY'RE IN A GATHERING, I'll GIVE THEM THE CONCEPT, DO YOU WANT TO LEAVE A NOTE!!! I dislike this frigging shop, so when I eventually obtain a call-back in the supervisor he informs me in regards to a restocking fee, which he might not have the ability to consider the headboard back since it's been after 15 times! Ya Think! It got me 5 times of awaiting the salesman to contact me back, seven days to get a supervisor to become "ACCESSIBLE", and 3 times to obtain a reaction so when he does reach the telephone all he claims is#Sorry it did not work-out For You Personally!!! Nicely Hand Furniture I've a HAND for you personally!!!
