I've bought a mattress and 3-piece couch collection on November 25th. The products haven't been sent to be as far as of today (12/12). I've to contact them everytime for verification of shipping and get the unavoidable "we can not provide " reaction. Lastly, they CAn't actually verify the day of shipping today. The organization reps never contact me by themselves to speak the issue. I've to start it. Overall... Worst possible service. Our new home encounter continues to be damaged from the inadequacy of the organization because we can not stay easily or may we ask one to our new house.
