No delivery of ordered PMA

After waiting for 5 months it became clear that this company is not able to deliver.

-I have a e-mail confirmation of my order on 11/25
-I have payed by VISA
After a call or two, some e-mails, there is still no news about my order.

I have made a refund proposal (472,79 $), with no reaction.
Posts on the company Facebook page are removed.
