Electronics ripoff victimized many consumers

Twice I purchased Centon Memory for computers, once from Best Buy and once from Circuit City. Both purchases had dual rebates, one from Centon, one from the store. I received both of the store rebates, but Centon refused to send rebate because they said I was too late in submittal yet I received the rebate check from both stores. I found out after talking to co workers this has happened to many consumers.
