I purchased a Cree Led 6x3 watt 1500 lumen flashlight for night cycling.
The item arrived DOA (dead on arrival). I contacted the seller via email and received no response so i called the store and spoke to a woman. She told me to send it back and pay shipping for an exchange.
*i purchased batteries and a mount to use with the light
I sent the item back and a week later i received a replacement. This item was also
DOA. I sent an email again did not receive a response over several business days.
I called and asked to speak to a manager. I was told there was no manager and the guy on the phone (wayne) told me he could help. I explained my situation and he told me i could exchange it, i told him i had done that already and received another DOA product and would rather just have a cash refund for my purchases. I shipped my items back and they USPS confirmed they received it 2 saturdays ago. I contacted them via email when i was notified the delivery was complete and I have no refund from them and Paypal has escalated my claim after contacting ebay.
I have also contacted the Better Business Bureau and will contact Consumer Affairs.
The flashlight was $120 and i spent an additional $30 dollars on its accessories.
Here is a link to a cycling website i am part of with the original details.
