Has taken the money but hasn't supplied the manuals or videos

I had read all the hype on this web page and was very keen to generate power and reduce my energy bill using the information gained from this site.

I paid my money and was sent to a web download page to download the files and view videos that I had paid for. I downloaded all files available to me. The link to the videos failed to work. When I tried to open all the files three of them were reported as corrupt or damaged.

I have contacted the company on more than three occasions by email and have not received any reply. The information that I was able to read is insufficient to achieve any power saving outcome.
