Charged my bank card the amount of $13.90 and this charge is not authorized by me Internet

My bank card is processing a charge for $13.90 payable to GIA*GT Media Inc and I have not purchased anything from this Co.
The phone # listed in my statement next to their name is 1-800-516-6437 which is a total different Co.
I need some action taken against this Co. And my money reversed to my bank card.
