Got my phone bill and had this voicemail charge on it, i contacted my phone service which is windstream, they said they had no way to deal with it and gave me a number to contact, which they never answered, so i live on a limited income and cannot pay this i am afraid i will lose my phone service, and i have a lifeline machine that has to be hooked to a landline, so any help with this would be wonderful for me.
