I dont know where this bill on my checking account came from

I notice that i have this Check Card 06/08/08 BILLINGHLP.com PALMA DE MAL ES in my checking acount and i dont know where it came from and i havently sighed up for any thing on line.

It so called $ 30.23 and i have no idea where it came from and what this is for.
