Fraudulent collections, Afni Inc. Sent my husband a bill for $775.41 from Plant City Florida. Didn't have a phone when he lived there. This was 12 years ago

Afni Inc. Sent my husband a bill for 775.41 dollars. He spoke to someone at Afni and they told him to get on usacomplaints.com and file a report. He live in Plant City Fl twelve years ago and didn't have a phone. These people need to be stopped. They are probably buying peoples information off other companies and sending out fraudulent collections notices. They should be sued for fraudulent billing
