Gary B. George operates an EBAY STORE called 5150 ENTERPRISES, and is also know as Gary B. George. A bid was placed on a SET TWO SPEAKER STANDS. The bid total was $ 39.74 with $ 21.95 for UPS shipping. A request was made to purchase TWO SETS of TWO SPEAKER STANDS, for a TOTAL of FOUR STANDS. Gary George answered by EMAIL and agreed. He also made sure that I understood that THERE WEERE TWO SPEAKER STANDS IN A SET and thet I actually wanted TWO SETS.
TWO CERTIFIED BANK CHECKS were sent each totalling $ 61.69 for the TWO SETS of FOUR STANDS.
George confirmed the shipment and the weight of 30 pounds. Upon arrival and opening the carton there were only TWO STANDS in the box, and the weight was ONLY 15 pounds. An emil was sent to George to ask where the other STAND WERE, and he Insisted that he had VIDEOTAPED THE PACKING and HE HAD PUT FOUR STANDS IN THE BOX. He Then Threatedn Me if I were to contact EBAY and complain. UPS was contacted along with EBAY and a FORMAL COMPLAINT was started. George answered the complaint, with the charge that I was a competitor trying to scam him for a two for one. Evidence shows that ONLY TWO STANDS were placed in the shipping carton. Digital photos were taken of the shipping carton with the two speaker stands inside and additional packing. George stated that if there were ONLY TWO speakers stand in the carton the carton would have been crushed in shipping, and IT SHOWS THIS.
George and 5150 ENTERPRISES are using the US MAILS and UPS to DEFRAUD their customers. George with INTENT placed the wrong weight on the carton, in an attempt to DEFRAUD UPS.
He even insisted that I file a loss report with UPS knowing well that HE NEVER PACKED THE FOUR STANDS in the BOX.
