Purchased a RCA 52" Television in 12/03. After six months, product was not working properly. Picked it up to service returned and product still was not working properly.
Picked up product on 2/25/04 and did not return until 9/23/04. Product again did not work properly.
Came back on 3/16/05 to repair, product did not work at all. Took the product back again.
As of now, we have paid for a TV that we do not have.
They claim they can't fix it, but will not replace it or give us our money back.
