I Up graded new LG smart phone, 12/12 went home next day I tried to charge the phone, found the phone input device to connect the cord was cracked., as i was working on 13, and 14, went to the seller on 15, he checked it out tryed it out said this is some thing unusel sent to the Las altos mountain view informing me as the main dealer. Went their to the customer sev checked it out and informed that their is nothing he can do as it is not covered up by insurance. And asked why i did't get my phone insured i told him that I was not told or suggested. He me gave a flyer to get it fixed by a phone repair shop. The defected device sold to me.
1. My question is and want to know can i trust you and the product you r selling?
And if I buy something next time it means I have to sit their and check that futures and functions of the device if they are functional.
2. My second issue. When you give call to a customer in spanish
All i understand is"Holla comistas!!! Metro pc.!!!
When I Ans. I don't understand spanich you guys just hang up the phone

I know u guys don't care for the customer all you want to sell your product, very soon I would like to change my phone to a diffrent carrier.
