Ripoff sold used camera delivered wrong accessories

I purchased a Sony DSC T3 from mydigitalpalace.com.
They advertised that the product has all the US Manufactured Warrany for the advertised price. That is why I chose to purchase from them.

The sales person, Patrick, is the one who took my order.
The product when delivered was in an opened box. The
instructions manual was a photocopy of the original.
The camera was used. According to the instructions, when you first turn on the camera, it should request the date. When I turned it on, it already had the date displayed.

When I started up the camera, it displayed a message saying ACCESS, I thought that the camera had a problem or the 32MB card that came with the camera is no good.

My order included an extra 256mb, and when I put it in the camera, the camera worked.

This led me to believe that the camera was previously used and the owner must have done something to damage the 32mb card.

I did not get all the accompanying parts that were suppose to come with the camera, according to the manual.

I called the number of mydigitalpalace.com and they told me that the company that charged my creditcard is not them. They were ony contracted to help them take orders for the Xmas season. I should contact them and make the arrangements to get the issue resolved. I have tried repeatedly to get someone on the phone but when I call, the line is picked up and then goes dead.

I have put a stop on the creditcard payment.
