They scammed me for $1.295 charged it to my credit card and I never took service

I was looking for a job and this company offering to hire people to work in the United States Postal Service scammed me for $1,295.00. They were offering a job in the United States Postal Service with an ad on my local newspaper saying that I could get hired as a clerk by the USPS for $15.22 per hour minimum, so I called and I went there for an appointment and was told about the job and that this requires training to be done for 3 months before getting hired that would cost $35 per month.

I applied for the position, gave them my credit card and they charged me the full $1,295.00, somehow got me to thinking that the total was going to be $1,295 but it was only going to be $35 per month charge to the card, so I signed it believing the person who told me this (Donald Gillette) and had him sign me up for this training and a job as a clerk in the USPS.

I did not read the agreement nor the amount in the credit card receipt that I was signing for, as at the same time I was signing the receipt I was told by Mr. Gillette about all the benefits of beeing hired by the USPS.
Only what was in big letters in the agreement was read to me which made me believe there was no risk as I would get back 100% of my money and that I would be trained until I would be hired by the USPS.

The copy of credit card receipt was not given back to me until I left. He even gave me a registration number with USPS so I thought he wasn't scamming me.in the application, I put that I wanted to be hired as a Clerk only, I left this place and at home I went to the USPS website to see if I was there in the system, and when I put in the registration number that I was given, I was suscribed under RURAL CARRIER, first of all, I don't live in a rural area, so that meant I will have to travel to a rural area and secondly, I never applied to be a rural dispatcher, so then I checked what kind of jobs were the USPS offering in my city Miami and to my amazement I found out that the only job opening in my city was for RURAL CARRIER, so then I looked at the bill that Donald Gillette gave me among other papers, I had not suspected of fraud before so I hadn't seen the receipt, I came to see that my credit card was charged the full $1,295.00.

This company scammed me into paying for this, I did not use their services or classes that they offer nor am I interested in being a Rural Dispatcher for the USPS. This is also a misleading advertisement where not only they lie about the jobs available in my city but they also mislead you to think they are the USPS or related to the USPS in some way as they tell you that the USPS is hiring in your city, the salary and to call for an interview instead of calling for information or enrolling to their program.
