Ripoff, charged my checking $288.96, no delivery, info they took over the phone had wrong name and address, only thing right was checking account numbe

I was charged to my checking account on 7/2 $288.96 for a prescription phone order. I never recieved it, and when my cancelled checks came I noticed they had spelled my name wrong and address. There's no possible way this order could ever reach me if they did try to send it. I cannot contact them either. The only thing they took down from the phone correctly was my checking account number and bank location.
